Interesting to see how you cut up apples. You are way more meticulous than I. I chop them into quarters and cook them, stems, cores, and all.

I bought some more apples from Scholls and are going to use the baking technique again tomorrow.

Cores can and stems can sometimes=bitterness. Or so I've heard.
